When you interact with our support or success team or need to sign into Tap Inspect, you will need to know the email address you are using with Tap Inspect. It is your responsibly to make sure you know the email address, monitor the inbox for that address and have access to that email address account.
It is not uncommon for someone to create multiple Tap Inspect trial accounts using different email addresses. It is also possible to change your email address used with Tap Inspect from the original email used to a new one.
Tap Inspect Mobile App
- Open the Tap Inspect mobile app on your device.
- Open the Settings screen.
- Tap on your User Profile.
Your current email address used with the app is listed under Email.
