The email address you use with your Tap Inspect account can be changed. It is your responsibly to make sure you know the email address, monitor the inbox for that address, and have access to that email address account.
How We Use Your Email Address
Your account email address is not only your Tap Inspect login username but it is also the destination email address that we send system notifications regarding your Tap Inspect account. These system notification may include the following.
- Reseting your password
- Report pickup notification
- Report invitation bounces
- Subscription reminders
- Problems with your subscription
Change your Email Address
The email address used with Tap Inspect can be changed in two different places.
Tap Inspect Mobile App
- Open the Tap Inspect mobile app on your device.
- Open the Settings screen
- Tap on your User Profile.
- Tap on Email
- Make changes to the email address
- Tap the < to return to My Account
Your email address has been updated. The next time the app synchronizes the email address on our servers will also be updated for you.
Tap Inspect Web Account
- Sign into your Tap Inspect web account using your current email address and password
- Tap on your profile image in the top right corner
- Tap Settings to open the setting menu
- Tap on User Profile
- Make changes to the email address
- Tap Save Changes at the bottom of the screen
Your email address has been updated. The next time the app synchronizes the email address on the My Account screen will also be updated for you.
