In this article you will learn how to reset your Tap Inspect password used in the mobile app and for your web account.
Before You Start
When you forget your Tap Inspect password, we’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your user profile. For security purposes, we don't store password information, so we can't give you the existing password on your account.
You can contact support if you need additional help finding your email address.
To reset your Tap Inspect password, follow these steps.
Navigate to the Tap Inspect Login Screen
Click or tap on Need help signing In?.
Enter the email address used with your Tap Inspect account.
Click or tap Submit.
Your password reset instruction will be sent to your email address. If you don't receive password reset instructions within an hour or two, check your junk or spam folder.
