In this article, you will learn how to reset your Tap Inspect password used in the mobile app and for your web account.
Before You Start
When you forget your Tap Inspect password, we’ll send password reset instructions to the email address associated with your user profile. We don't store password information for security purposes, so we can't give you the existing password on your account.
You can contact support if you need additional help finding your email address.
Reset Password
To reset your Tap Inspect password, follow these steps.

Navigate to the Tap Inspect Login Screen

Click or tap on Need help signing In?.

Enter the email address used with your Tap Inspect account.

Click or tap Submit.
An email will be sent to your email address. with the subject line of Reset password instructions which includes a secure link to reset your password.
Check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the Password reset instructions in your inbox within an hour or two.
