If you recorded a payment on a job invoice incorrectly, you can easily Edit a Recorded Payment or Trash a Recorded Payment directly in the mobile app or via your web account.
Note: It is not possible to Edit or Trash an online payment.
Follow these steps to Edit a recorded payment.
- Open the mobile app or Sign in to your Web Account
- Open the Job to the Schedule tab.
- Scroll to the Invoice section.

Tap the Payment that you would like to Edit.

Make the applicable Edit to your Recorded Payment. For example, in the screenshot below, you can update the Recorded $500 Cash Payment to a $500 Check Payment, or simply Edit the Recorded amount if originally entered incorrectly.
- Tap Save Changes.
After saving your changes, the Edit you made to your Recorded Payment will immediately be reflected on the job invoice.
