From time to time, a client will want to reschedule a job that was previously canceled for some reason You can reschedule a canceled Autopilot job to add it back to your calendar.
To reschedule a canceled Autopilot job follow these steps.
- Sign in to your Web Account
- On the Jobs Dashboard, switch to the Canceled Jobs view.
- Open the Job to reschedule to the Schedule tab.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Select a new Inspection Date and Time.
- Choose whether to send a Job Reschedule message or not.
- Tap Save Changes.
The job will be added back to your calendar as a Tentative job. Then you can Confirm the job just like when scheduling a new Autopilot job.
