Inspection results can only be accessed once the agreement is signed to provide you with greater protection from liability.
However, if your client has provided a signed hard copy of the agreement, or if you need to grant access to the inspection results despite the agreement not being signed electronically, you can manually mark the agreement as signed.
Follow these steps to mark an agreement as signed.
- Sign in to your Web Account.
- Open the Job to the Schedule tab.
- Scroll to the Agreements section.
- Tap the three dots [ ... ] next to the Agreement that is Not Signed.
- Tap Mark as Signed.
- Verify that you want to update the status of the agreement.
The agreement status will update to Signed, and the agreement will be saved with a note that it was marked as signed offline by you.
