In the time between confirming a job and doing the inspection, clients can sometimes change their minds about what services they want you to perform.
You can quickly and easily add or remove a Service at any point in the life cycle of the job.
Follow these steps to add a service to a scheduled job.
- Sign in to your Web Account
- Open the Job to modify to the Schedule tab.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Tap Add Service
- Select the Service(s) the client wants to add.
- Tap Save Changes.
The service will be added to the job along with any agreements, reports, and pricing on their invoice.
To remove a Service from a scheduled job, follow these steps.
- Sign in to your Web Account
- Open the Job to modify to the Schedule tab.
- Tap Reschedule.
- Tap the X next to the service to remove.
- Confirm by tapping Remove Service.
- Tap Save Changes.
The service will be removed from the job along with any agreements, reports, and pricing on their invoice.
