Some inspectors prefer to wait to start the inspection until the agreement is signed.
While you can get the agreement signed at the job, sending your client a reminder can be a good idea if you notice a delay.
Follow these steps to send a reminder to sign an agreement.
- Sign in to your Web Account
- Open the Job to the Schedule tab.
- Tap the three dots [ ... ] to open a person's action menu.
- Tap Send Signature Required Message.
A Signature Required message will be sent, including a reminder that results are not released without a signature and a link to their client portal.
