Trash a Recorded Payment on a Job Invoice

If you recorded a payment by mistake, do not fret! You can easily Trash a Recorded Payment or Edit a Recorded Payment directly in the mobile app or via your web account.

Note: It is not possible to trash an online payment. 

Follow these steps to Edit or Trash a recorded payment.

1. Sign in to your Web Account or open the mobile app
2. Open the Job to the Schedule tab.
3. Scroll to the Invoice section.

4. Tap the Payment that you would like to Trash.

   

5. Select the Action Button pictured below and then select Trash this payment. 

   

6. Tap Save Changes.

After saving your changes, the Recorded Payment you Trashed will no longer appear on the job invoice. From there, you can Record a New or Updated Payment respectively.
