Not all clients pay their invoices promptly. Even if you have enabled Require Payment to Access Results in your Invoicing settings, you may need a reminder occasionally.
Follow these steps to remind a client to pay the job invoice.
Here’s how to do it:
- Sign in to your Web Account.
- Open the Job to the Schedule tab.
- Scroll to the Invoicing section.
- Tap the three dots [ ... ] to open the Invoicing action menu.
- Tap Modify Terms.
- Choose to Send a Payment Required Message.
- Tap Save Changes.
Your client will be sent a Payment Required Message with a link to the client portal, where they can easily view their invoice.
If you enable Tap Inspect Payments, they can pay their invoice by tapping Pay Now.
