If your client hasn’t signed their Agreement before the inspection, you can still have them sign it manually on your internet-connected iPhone or iPad when you arrive at the job.
Follow these steps to have your client manually sign their agreement.
- Sign in to your Web Account from your mobile device
- Open the Job to the Schedule tab.
- Scroll to the Agreements section.
- Tap the three dots [ ... ] next to the Agreement that is Not Signed.
- Tap Review and Sign.
- Hand your client your device so they can review he agreement.
- Have your client check the two boxes and sign.
- Have your client tap Accept Agreement.
The signed Agreement is saved and you can proceed with the inspection confidently, knowing you’re protected from liability.
