Job Attachments are files that you can include with any job, making them available to your clients. Your clients can view these attachments as needed.
Attachments help organize and provide additional resources and information in your Client Portal without needing to send separate emails or messages manually.
You can use attachments to share important documents such as:
- Third-party PDF reports like Radon Test Results, Lab Results, or WDI.
- Videos like sewer scopes, drone footage, or to provide more context for major issues.
- And more
Most common file types, such as PDFs, videos, spreadsheets, and documents, can be attached; however, there is a 25 MB file size limit.
