The first step when a client hires you to provide a service for them is to add a new Job in Tap Inspect.
New Jobs are added from the Jobs Dashboard in either your web account or from the mobile app..
If you have someone doing your scheduling or setting up new jobs for you, the web account may be the easiest since it can be done from any modern web browser. If you spend most of your time in the field, using the mobile app works just as well.
This tutorial covers scheduling a new job in the mobile app. The web account process is almost identical. Choose the method that works best for you.
- Tap the plus sign (+) in the top right corner of the Jobs Calendar to choose the report template for this job.
- Tap Add Inspection Address to pre-fill the address before you go out to do the job. T
- Tap Inspection Date and select the correct date and also the correct time that you will be at the property.
You now have a new job that is ready to add People and add any Notes.
