Notes are a powerful tool in Tap Inspect to keep track of any private miscellaneous information about a Job that doesn't belong in a report.
Multiple Notes can be added and can be used to record gate codes, special instructions, and even fee and payment information if you are not using Autopilot Invoicing.
Follow these steps to add a Note to a Job.
- Open a job using the mobile app or your web account.
- Go to the Schedule tab.
- Tap Add Note.
- Add your text, then tap Done.
Your Note will be displayed with your name, profile image, and the time it was added. Tap a note to edit it. Notes are private and are not visible on any client-facing communication.
