The main screen of the Tap Inspect mobile app is your Jobs Dashboard. It is designed to make it simple to find openings in your schedule and book new jobs while you are on the go. Making it even easier to run your home inspection business from your phone or tablet.

Tour of Your Dashboard

The Jobs Dasboard works much like a calendar app. Visual status indicators show you what days and times are busy and what openings are still available. Linking your Google Calendar to Tap Inspect even blocks out your private events, so you don't double book anything.

You can view your Jobs Dashboard in the Day or Month views. Of course, you can also scroll your inspection list up and down, and the calendar will move with you.

Month View

The Month view works great for most part-timers and inspectors who are not that busy. You can see an entire month at a time, giving you easy visibility into what's happening today, tomorrow, and next week.

The status indicators allow you to see not just if you have a job but also what part of the day is still open. Tap on a day to jump to it for more details.

Day View

If you are a busy full-time inspector, the Day view will make it easy to fill in open spots on your schedule.

You can scroll a few days at a time to see when jobs start and stop and tap an open slot to schedule a new job. This makes it easy to grab a spot for a client while you are still on the phone. Then, you can come back later to fill in the details and confirm the job.

Interactive Maps View

The interactive Maps view shows you the location of each inspection for the day so you can see how much travel you will be doing on a given day.

Tap on a pin for more information about the job.

Schedule or Start a New Job

You can book a new job by tapping an open slot in the Day view of your schedule to grab that slot for a client while you are still on the phone. You can also tap the plus to start a new job and choose any Inspection Date or time.

We have added the most common inspection slots for you, but you can customize them to fit your business and your unique schedule. This makes it easier than ever to schedule a new job by tapping an open slot to book it and helps keep track of your availability.

Manage Your Settings and Profile

Tap your Profile image in the top right corner of the screen to open Settings. You can edit your User and Company profiles, manage your Integrations, the Calander and preferred appointments from the mobile app.
