Resend Confirmation Message

You can resend the Job Confirmed message from your web account.

1. Sign in to your Web Account
2. Open the Job to the Schedule tab.
3. Tap the three dots [ ... ] to open a person's action menu.
4. Tap Send Confirmation Message

Another Job Confirmed message will be sent, including a link to their client portal.

If you continue to have trouble getting your messages delivered, you may want to consider using SMS Texting.
