Each template and report have Report Options that control and define how the report behaves when recording inspection observations and how it appears when viewed in the customer facing client portal, web report, full report pdf, and report summary pdf.
Report Options are not typically changed frequently. They are tools available to help customize and fine tune your reports.
The Report Options for a single report can be changed. But in most cases they are only changed when editing one of your templates.
Template Name
You can change the name of the template from the Report Options. The template name is what you see in your template list. The template name is also used to the name the report and is visible at the top level of the report checklist on the Inspect tab of the job. The template name is not visible in the customer facing client portal or reports.
Condition Rating Options
Condition Rating Options be changed for template. Any reports created from the template will also have these options.
Enable Condition Ratings
Selecting this option will display the list of conditions in every multiple choice item in the template.
List of Conditions to Display
This is the list of conditions to display in each multiple choice item. The options will be displayed in the same order as displayed here. The order can be changed like any other report checklist item.
Conditions can be deleted but not hidden. Tp delete a condition from the list tap the red circle.
Require Condition Ratings For Items To Be Considered Complete?
Selecting this option will require you to rate the condition of every multiple choice item that has condition ratings enabled. Disabling this option will not require a condition be selected.
The customer facing report will have no indication of a missing condition rating if this option is selected or not.
Report Title Page Options
The report title page options control how various things are displayed in the customer facing client portal and web report. These options can be changed for a template. Any reports created from the template will also have these options.
Inspector Name Appearance
This option modifies how the first name, last name and the profile image of your user profile are displayed in the customer facing client portal and web report As a best practice this option is not likely to need changes. A preview of how it will appear is displayed.
Printed Report Title
This is the title of the report displayed in the customer facing client portal and web report. The printed report title does not need to be the same as the template name.
Prepared For Description
This option modifies how the client's first and last name is in displayed in the customer facing client portal and web report. As a best practice this option is not likely to need changes. A preview of how it will appear is displayed.
Inspection Date Appearance
This option modifies how the inspection date is in displayed in the customer facing client portal and web report. As a best practice this option is not likely to need changes. A preview of how it will appear is displayed.
Report Header and Footer
The summary header and footer text is displayed before and after the contents of the report in the customer facing web report, full report pdf. In the full report pdf the header and footer are started on a new page.

The summary header and footer text is displayed before and after the contents of the report summary in the customer facing web report, full report pdf, and report summary pdf.
Include Original Comment Number In The Report Summary?
Selecting this option will add the original comment number to the text of the comments that appear on the report summary. This can be helpful to specifically reference or directly view the comment in the body of the report.
PDF Appearance
This section of the report options only apply to the full report pdf.
Table of Contents
Selecting this option will a display a table of contents in the full report pdf. The table of contents will list each section in the report and the number of the first page of the section.
Report Summary Options
Location of Report Summary
The report summary can be displayed at the end of the full report PDF, at the beginning of full report PDF, or not displayed at all in the full report PDF.
Include Images In The Report Summary
Selecting this option will display the photos associated with the comments displayed on the full report PDF summary. If this option is not selected only the text of the comments will be displayed.
