Request Support via SMS Texting

If you have trouble receiving email support replies, have trouble Viewing Your Past Support Requests, or prefer texting, you can submit a support request via text, and we will reply via your texting number.

Follow these steps to submit a support request via SMS texting:

1. Open a new text on your phone.
2. Add our text support number: +1 (502) 414-8323.
3. Type your question or the issue you need assistance with.
4. Send the text.

Our help desk system will receive the text message and will create a new support ticket. When we reply, you will see our response in the texting thread on your phone.
