Viewing Your Past Support Requests

All of your previous support requests can be accessed through your Help Center account by following these steps.

1. In the Help Center, tap Sign In.
2. Once you're signed in, tap the drop-down arrow next to your account name.
3. On the menu, tap Requests.

On this page, you can look over your past requests as needed. If you respond to a request again, it will be re-opened and your support agent will pick up right where they left off.
