Presenting a professional image is an important step to building and maintaining a successful business. In Tap Inspect, this is done by fully branding your account with your User and Company Profile information.
This is the first step to getting your account up and running successfully.
- Step 1: Set Up Your Account for Success
- Step 2: Put Tap Inspect Jobs to Work for You
- Step 3: Record Your Inspection Observations
- Step 4: Review and Share Your Results
Displaying complete and accurate company and contact information to your clients and agents is important to your business and reputation. All your customer facing content will all be branded with the information from your User and Company Profiles. In this step you will update these settings so your information will be ready to use on your first published report.
About Your User Profile
Your User Profile describes you as an individual in Tap Inspect and to your clients. Be sure to complete your User Profile as fully as possible.
The values that you enter here will be used on your customer facing content like the client portal, reports, and messaging sent to your client and agents. You will also use the email entered in your User Profile to login to Tap Inspect both on the web and the mobile app.
Pay close attention to the Timezone setting in your User Profile. We do our best to set it for you based on your location but a best practice is to verify it is correct. Otherwise the times presented to your clients and agents may not be correct.
You’re also able to add a Profile Image to your User Profile as well. This image will be used to represent you throughout Tap Inspect, and will be visible by your clients.
About Your Company Profile
Your Company Profile describes your business and how to contact you. Be sure to complete your Company Profile as fully and as accurately as possible so clients and agents can easily reach you, both now and in the future.
The values that you enter here will be used on your customer facing content like the client portal, reports, and messaging sent to your client and agents.
Now that your profiles and business branding are all set, let's move on to Step 2: Put Tap Inspect Jobs to Work for You
