Reactivate a Canceled Subscription

You can manage your Tap Inspect subscription and update your credit card from your Tap Inspect web account. 

A canceled subscription plan can be reactivated to the original plan type. If you wish to Change Your Subscription Plan, you will need to first reactivate your original plan and then Change Your Subscription Plan

Here are the steps to reactivate a canceled subscription:

1. Sign in to your Web Account. 
2. Tap on your profile image in the top right corner (My Account on iPhone)
3. Tap Settings to open the settings menu
4. Tap Subscription  (or go directly to your Subscription page).
5. Tap Reactivate Subscription.

     6.  The system will attempt to charge the previous payment method you provided. Tap Update                 Payment Method if the information needs to be updated. 

     7.  Tap Complete Purchase to confirm your reactivation.
