Once you have enabled and are using the Tap Inspect to ISN integration you can also provide the advantage of the ISN Repair Request List (RRL) as part of the ISN Real Estate Dashboard (RED) for your agents.
Tap Inspect sends the report summary and associated photos to ISN for use in the RRL every time you publish, or re publish, a Tap Inspect report to ISN. Older reports published before our integration was in place can be re published to ISN to make the RRL information available.
Using the ISN RRL
From the inspectors point of view there are no additional steps that need to be done when publishing your reports. All the setup is on ISN. These ISN docs may help you understand how it works a little better.
To allow your agents to use the RRL there are a few steps you will need to take in your ISN.
