Once your Web Scheduler is customized and ready, it’s time to get it in front of clients. You can either share a direct booking link or embed the scheduler directly on your website.

Copy Your Scheduler Link
You don’t need a website to use the Web Scheduler — Tap Inspect hosts the booking page for you.
Your unique booking link is found at the top of the Web Scheduler settings page.
You can share this link via:
- Text messages
- Social media profiles
- Your Google Business profile
- Your email signature
Tip: Clients will see your real-time availability and can book immediately — no phone tag required.
Embed the Scheduler on Your Website
If you have a website, embedding your scheduler provides a seamless, branded experience.
To embed:
- Go to Settings > Web Scheduler
- Scroll to the Embed HTML section
- Copy the provided HTML code
- Paste it into your website’s contact page or booking page
The embedded scheduler will show your services, availability, and branding — all in one place.
If you use a website builder (like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress), look for an “embed” or “custom HTML” block.
Keep It Easy to Find
Make sure your scheduler link is:
- On your contact page
- In your email signature
- Included in automated replies or follow-up messages
- Listed in your social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business)
