Once your Web Scheduler is enabled, you can customize its appearance and the help text your clients see when booking. This gives you a chance to guide clients, answer questions, and make the experience feel polished and professional.
Add Help Text to Guide Clients and Agents
You can customize two key areas of help text shown to web scheduler visitors.
Date & Time Help Text
Shown above the calendar during booking.
Use this space to:
- Offer guidance about availability
- Let clients know what to do if their time isn’t available
Example:
“Don’t see your preferred time? Call our office at (555) 123‑4567 — we may be able to help.”
Confirmation Help Text
Displayed after a client submits their appointment request.
Use it to:
- Clarify that the appointment is tentative
- Let clients know what to expect next
Example:
“Thanks! This is a tentative appointment. Your inspector will review and confirm shortly.”
Why This Matters
Customizing help text allows you to:
- Set expectations clearly
- Answer common questions
