Each person that is added to a job in Tap Inspect is added to your Tap Inspect Contacts. Your contacts can be used when adding people to jobs when scheduling from the Tap Inspect mobile app or from your web account at tapinspect.com
Your Tap Inspect contacts can be managed from the Contacts page in your web account.
On the left side, tap Everyone to display of your contacts at once in the listing on the right. Below Everyone is a list of roles people have been assigned in your jobs. These are the roles that people had at the moment they were added to your contacts. They may not match the Roles you have defined in your account. The number in the grey circles displays the number of people with that role. Tap any role to limit the listing to only people that have had that role.
Edit Contact Details
Each contact is listed with their information as well as tags showing the number of jobs they have been associated with and the roles they have had in those jobs.
Tap on on any person in the list to edit and display more detail about the contact. Including which jobs that contact has been associated with. All of the contact details can be edited.
From time to time you may want to use your Tap Inspect contacts for marketing campaigns. This is done by exporting your contacts.
Exporting your contacts provides a CSV file that can be uploaded to most major email marketing services like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
