Your Tap Inspect Contacts are added automatically when a person is added to a job. If the same person is added more than once a second contact could be created with slightly different details.
You can combine multiple people in your Contacts in to one contact in your web account.
Follow these steps to combine multiple contacts in to a single contact.
- Sign in to your Web Account
- Tap Contacts in the top toolbar.
- Tap the check box next to each person person you want to combine.
- Tap the Actions button that appears at the top of the list.
- Tap Combine.
- Tap OK to confirm you want to combine the people in to a single contact.
This will combine the people into a single contact with the information from each person. The person listed in any jobs will still have the same information they had when added.
