Installing the Mobile App Beta

The Tap Inspect mobile app beta is distributed with an Apple service named TestFlight. Once you have been added to the beta testing group, you will receive an invitation via email with instructions on how to proceed.

As a best practice, be sure to publish any reports that are in progress and manually synchronize the app to make sure all your data has been pushed to the server.

Please Note: If you are using Tap Inspect on multiple devices, the beta app will not automatically install on every device. You will need to manually install TestFlight from the app store on your additional devices. Then use the code in the invitation if required.

To install the beta of the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Open the invitation email.
2. Install the TestFlight App from the invitation email.
3. Open the TestFlight app and install Tap Inspect (it's ok to install over the existing app)
4. Open the Tap Inspect mobile app and manually synchronize to verify the successful installation.
