There may be times when you may need more of a particular report checklist element, such as a bathroom, furnace, or garage than are present in your report. You can easily duplicate an existing element over and over to add as many as you like.
To duplicate a report checklist element follow these steps.
- Go to the Inspect tab of a job.
- Tap Edit in the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap Add Section or Add Item.
- Tap Duplicate Existing Section or Duplicate Existing Item.
- Tap the element in the list that you want to duplicate.
- Tap Done in the top right corner of the screen.
- Specify the name of the new section or leave as the default.
- Tap Save in the top right corner of the screen.
- Tap Done in the top right corner of the screen.
You will taken back to data entry mode and the new duplicated copy of the element is displayed below the element you duplicated.
Note: If you do not see the element you want to duplicate in the list of #5 above you are likely in the wrong place in the section, sub section, item hierarchy. Try going up or down in the hierarchy and repeating these steps.
