About Service Price Calculators

Once Invoicing has been Enabled (vs Activated?) for your account you will be able to Add Pricing to a Service. The price service calculators do the heavy lifting for you when you add a service to a job. This article sill give you an overview of the available calculators.

If the price of this service varies depending on some aspect of the job (such as the square footage of the property), add a fee to help you calculate the price automatically.

Property Size

• Change the fee based on ranges of values$X for 0 - 2,000 ft², $Y for 2,001 - 3,500 ft², etc.
• Calculate the fee with a formula $X per ft² over Y ft²

Selling Price

• Change the fee based on ranges of values $X for $0 - $125,000, $Y for $125,001 - $225,000, etc.
• Calculate the fee with a formula $X per dollar over $Y

Property Age

By Years Old

• Change the fee based on ranges of values $X for 20-49 years old, $Y for older than 50 years old, etc.
• Calculate the fee with a formula $X per year over Y years old

By Year Built

• Change the fee based on ranges of values $X for 1950 - 1970, $Y for earlier than 1950, etc.
• Calculate the fee with a formula $X per year earlier than 1970

An Aspect of the Property

• Additional Fee if Present $X if present, $0 if not (i.e. a crawlspace)
• Multiple Choice $X for crawlspace, $Y for basement

Travel Fee

• Change the fee based on ranges of values $X for 20 - 50 miles, $Y for more than 50 miles, etc.
• Calculate the fee with a formula $X per mile over Y miles

Hourly Rate

• Calculate the fee with a formula $X per hour over Y hours

Custom Fee

• Multiple choice $X for A, $Y for B, etc.
• Change the fee based on ranges of values $X for 0 - 200, $Y for 201 - 400, etc.
