Archival of your Tap Inspect reports and photos to a third party is available with our Google Drive Integration. Google Drive is an included feature with Gmail and G Suite services from Google. Once you have enabled the Google Drive integration your report pdf and report photos will be pushed Google Drive approximately 24 hours after your report is published
Set Up the Google Drive Integration
Point your web browser to https://app.tapinspect.com/integrations (login with your email and password if needed) and click on Add Google Drive.
Once you have added the Google Drive Integration to your account you will need to click on Connect Your Google Account Now.
You are then prompted by Google to sign in with the account email and password. That will give Tap Inspect permission to put your report data on your Google Drive.
Using the Integration
After you have allowed access your Google Drive Integration is active. You can monitor the status of the integration from the Google Drive screen in your Integrations. Any new reports your publish from this point on will be pushed to your Google Drive shortly after you have published.
To backup up your existing reports click on the 'Backup All Team Data Now button.
Your reports and photos will be located on your Google Drive under a new directory named Tap Inspect Data. Each report will have its own directory named with the date of the report and the address.
Inside each report directory is the report file, the title page photo, and another directory holding each full size photo used in the report.
