Starting with version 5.4 of Tap Inspect, Secure24 is available as a publishing destination. Once you have enabled the Secure24 integration from your web account, it will appear in the app as a recipient when publishing your reports.
Set up the Secure24 Integration
First, make sure you have joined Secure24's affiliate program.
Next, point your web browser to https://app.tapinspect.com/integrations (login with your email and password if needed) and click on Add Secure24.
That's it! You are now ready to start referring clients.
Using the Integration
For the Secure24 Integration to work properly you MUST include the following on the Job Information screen. If this information is missing the referral for this report will Fail.
- Full address of the property including street address, city, state, & zip code in the appropriate fields
- Full contact info for the client including an email address and phone number
Once your Secure24 integration has been set up in your web account, you can open a report in the Tap Inspect app and go to the Choose Recipients screen. A new section will show up and you will see the option Refer Client to Secure24. Anytime you publish a report with that option selected, the contact information for the client will be forwarded automatically to Secure24 as a referral on your behalf.
