Can I change Selling agent to Buyer's Agent?

A buyer's agent, also called “selling agent”, is a real estate agent that shows homes and matches buyers to homes. They work hand-in-hand with “listing agents” who have a contract with a person or banks to list their property on the market.

There is some regional differences in the what to call this agent but at Tap Inspect we have historically used Selling Agent.

Our newer default templates now use this terminology. You can create a new default template if you have not heavily modified your template and the Buyer's & Seller's Agent label will be used.

If you want to use 'Buyer's Agent' on your existing template you can edit your templates to use that term in the People Present item in the General Section.
