Can I use voice recognition for my comments?

Yes, but only if you use Tap Inspect on an Apple device that has a network connection. 

Siri dictation is provided by Apple and it uses servers on the Internet to do the heavy work. Whenever the keyboard is visible, just tap on the voice recognition icon to begin dictating whatever comment or other text you like directly into Tap Inspect.

Wifi devices like the iPad and iPod also have Siri dictation but only when you are on WiFi.
