Why is the client or agent job invite displaying the wrong time zone?

When you send a job invite to your client and notice the time zone is wrong, it is likely an issue with the invitee's calendar settings. Google Calendar uses Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to help avoid issues with daylight saving time. UTC is the default time zone when a Google account is created.  When events are created, they are converted into UTC, but account holders should always see their events in their local time. However, there are often glitches with the UTC default time zone settin,g so it is the responsibility of the Google account owner to update their time zone settings within their Google account.
