Shared Team Templates

With the modern experience, everyone on your team shares and uses the same team templates. That means that you, as a team owner, can make whatever edits you need, and they are available to everyone. There is no need to copy the updated template to several accounts or ask us to update them for you.

View and Edit Team Jobs

The biggest game changer for a Team Owner is that you can now open, edit, or share jobs for any of your inspectors. You don’t need to log out and log back in with a different account.

You can select whose jobs you see on your calendar using the calendar action button. Tap on any job, and you can add notes, make changes to the inspection, or do whatever else you need to do.

Assign and Reassign Jobs from the Mobile App

Another handy feature is that you can reassign a job to another inspector or add multiple inspectors to the same job. When there are multiple inspectors assigned to a job, one inspector will always be assigned as the ‘lead inspector’ and displayed on that report.

Assigning or reassigning the inspector to a job is what lets the job show up on their calendar.

We really believe that these updates will make it more and more possible to run your entire inspection business from your phone. Managing your team of inspectors is just a small part of that. We think you will be amazed with what we have on the drawing board.

Sharing Message and Portal Welcome Message are Team Based

All your customer-facing communications are now Team based and can be updated by the Team Owner. Any changes made by the Team Owner are used for every job the Team shares.

An inspector can modify the Welcome Message on a job-by-job basis to provide a personal touch. But the default messages can only be updated by the Team Owner.
