It is important to keep in mind that as a Team subscriber, you can add more people to your account and assign Team Roles to each person.
As a general rule, Team Owners have full access to everything. They can access and modify everything, including other team member's settings and the jobs done by other team members in their web account and when signed into the mobile app. Team Owners can also change a team member's role at anytime. Inspectors can only modify their settings and see the jobs they have been assigned to.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Team Owners can search for and open any job done by the Team, as well as select what inspectors they want to see displayed in their Jobs Dashboard in the mobile app and browse those inspector's respective jobs.
When 5 or 6 different Team Members are in a person's Jobs Dashboard, it can get VERY cluttered. So each Team Owner can select and deselect a Team member to see that person's jobs in addition to their own.
To change what people are visible, tap the three dots [ ... ] at the bottom of the screen by the Search tool. From there, you can select and deselect what team members you want displayed on your jobs dashboard. See screenshots below:
