Would it possible to add some more options for us to customize the PDF versions of the report?  For example, it would be nice to be able to reduce font size, reduce margins, etc.  Just looking for some customization to reduce the length of the PDF reports for those clients and agents who choose to download or print them out.

A repair request option for clients/agents to build and print their own custom PDF with only the comments they are requesting to be repaired would also be nice, but I have suggested that before.

  This is a good suggestion, many agents prefer the simple pdf reports versus HTML. Downloading the HTML as a pdf currently results in a less-than-desirable looking report.
