Hi, I am considering switching software to Tap Inspect. I see quite a few questions from users and very little answers or feedback from support. Is support reaching out to users individually, or just ignoring users?

Yeah they don't really respond much on here or Facebook, but if you send an email to support they are pretty responsive.

Yes this makes me nervous also, especially since there’s no phone support but I love the software at the moment.
