Quantity of pictures per report
I have now had two clients unable to download their reports because of the number of pictures I use. I like to include many pictures! (I need to take less pictures)
My suggestion is this: If the software platform has a limit in the volume of pictures it can handle, can we have a picture counter included? I’d like to know how many pictures I can take before the system won’t allow clients to download them… I’m I the only one taking to many pictures?
Kind regards,
Daniel

While there is no physical limit to the number of photos is a single report there is a practical limit. Once your reports get to be over 200, 300, or 400 photos the PDF formatting engine does take a little longer to generate a downloadable PDF. The PDF will also have quite a large file size not to mention over a hundred pages in length.
We are making continuous improvements to the PDF subsystem to help anomalous reports like yours render. But keep in mind that it does take time to process that much data.
As a best practice you may want to consider using the Private comment type to record comments and photos you want to have 'just in case' or for CYA. These will always be available to you as the inspector but will not be included in the shared full report PDF. About Saved Comments Types provides more information.
