Autopilot mods

Would it be possible to add a year of home field into the basic entry for jobs in autopilot? There's already an age field in the general inspection and the four point has a year and an age field to populate. Also, there is a payment info field on job info screen. Can it say paid on after someone pays? Also, if someone pays me by cash or check, where can I enter that a payment was made? At the moment when I try to add payment it only gives me a credit card or bank info option. I still need to be able to mark a job as paid.
