Boiler Plate Font and NPMA-33
Good morning,
Our company has been using your software for four years now. We get great feedback from realtors and lawyers about the simplicity of the report and how easy it is to read. However there’s a few things that will greatly improve the program. The first thing is being able to clean up the margins and font of the boiler plate information in the blue boxes. If we had the ability to reduce the font size and fit the margins to be more square justified, the report would have a much cleaner feel and probably reduce it by about 2-3 pages. Currently the bulky font and center justification makes the report look sloppy. The second thing that would make it much easier for daily operation is if we could add the NPMA-33 document to the last pages of the home inspection report. Also being able to fill that report in on the tap app would save us major time. Other software like HomeGauge and Spectora allows this. We would easily keep your software for years to come if these improvements could be done and I’m sure attract many more home inspectors to Tap. Please let me know if any of this is a possibility.

Totally agree, the report font and formatting need a major re-design to look more professional and fill wasted space. The Tap Inspect leadership has been very quiet over the last several months- I hope all is well and hope they aren't abandoning the software.....

Word on the street is Michael and the team are heavy into developing back office software that’s currently in beta testing. My guess is that’s why they’ve been fairly radio silent recently.

What do you mean by 'back office software'? What features would this include?

Scott,
If you look through the FAQ’s there’s some info in there about setting the upcoming features. If you can’t find them email me at TotalPropertyIN@gmail.com and I’ll forward you the email I got from support with links to them.
