iPad and iPhone syncing problems
I recently was having problems opening Tap Inspect app on my iPhone. It would open but in a few seconds would shut off. I deleted the app and then reinstalled it. I can get it to open and stay on now but will not sync to be to my iPad. Have new inspections and templates on iPad but will not show up on iPhone after syncing.
Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi Peder,
I do not recommend deleting the app unless we instructed you to. You run the risk of losing your reports on your device.
Taking a quick glance at your account (in order to identify the issue 100% I need more information). It appears you have two accounts, and you are logged into a different one on each device. That is most likely why you don't see the same templates and reports.
