I recommend the current feature of Add Photo / Add Comment be changed into one button.

Add a 3rd tab button where it says Deficiency / Information / Photo Only

This way the inspector can smoothly transition from photos only to comments.  I often find myself adding a bunch of photos only, then realizing I would like to make it into a comment w/ said photo.  In this case the inspector needs to manually save each photo to his camera roll, then open a new comment and manually add the photos back.

  I agree. I always have that same scenario. If there was an easier way to move photos around, It could save a lot of time.

  I agree atleast make it so that if you take a pic. You can add a comment with out a problem

  Agreed.  Streamline the whole process.  My recommendation is to eliminate the choice to begin with.  Your software is already structured to do this.  Simply have an add comment button.  Your software has a choice for adding a camera photo and a files photo option.  If the inspector leaves the verbiage section blank, delete the written comment section from the report.
