Attach pre-inspection agreement, or digital agreement section

I would love to be able to add a specific section type that allows for the insertion of a scanned photo of signed physical copy of a agreement (full size photo).

Or a section that allows for adding of a agreement,
And signature at the bottom.

Currently you can add the digital agreement into a section header, then add a signature item. But the agreement isn’t readable when performing the inspection.
