Why are some of my completed projects “grayed out” on the main screen?

Hey Scott!
The 'greyed out' or dimmed report tiles means that report has been archived off of your device to help save space. It is typically archived once 30 days have passed since you last opened the report.
Just tap on the report tile and you will see a spinner display as the app retrieved the report data from the Tap Inspect servers. Once it is complete you can open the report, make changes, or view the full size images.
