Summery pages

I recently discussed procedures with a fellow home inspector. He sends the summery page to the client (and sometime the buyers agent) before even leaving the inspection site and then follows up later with the full report later. I like this policy, is there a way to send out the summery page to recipients then follow up with the full report later after finalizing some last minute edits...
