  Hey Dan,

  There is a default 4 Point template already in Tap Inspect.

  On the New Inspection screen, tap on Add or Modify Template and then on Add New Template. You want to Create New Template, then choose 'Four Point Inspection' and tap on Done. 

  You can optionally rename the template but I would let it be. You will then see the new template in your New Inspection screen.
