I agree that it would be a nice feature to simply be able to send the comment section quickly to an agent or client without having to fill out all of the compliance descriptive issues required by many state agencies. This could include a disclaimer in the software that this is not a “full home inspection report” as long as the full report was sent in a timely manner perhaps 24 hours I believe this would work out favorably for most home inspectors and their clients. Perhaps even incorporate a follow up reminder to the inspector if the full version of the report was not sent within that 24 hours or similar period.

  I would like to be able to switch the summary report off, so the customer is not forced to look at that also.
