What I am looking for is a way to invoice return trips when verifying repairs completed for the buyer. Is this possible?

  Yeah, just set up a new service for re-inspections and price it accordingly. Then you’ll be able to add that service to the job when requested and re-send an invoice to your client that will show all of the services you provided, with the amount already paid and the new amount due.
