Could you explore using Apple's markup tools in photos?  Apple photo editing tools allow for circles, text, lines, arrows and robust editing.  The robust editing includes quick color and contrast adjustments.  It would be cool to simply access these photo editing features from within your product.

  Hi Dan,

  Thanks for the suggestion! We've looked at integrating their tools a few times over the years, but there has always ended up being an issue with the way the pieces fit together that would make it problematic.

  However, we are still actively developing our own image editing and annotation system and will be rolling out several new features with that over the coming months. Color and contrast adjustments had not been high on the list of things to include there, but we will definitely take a closer look at that.
